Our Commitment to You
If your child misses a live class week, all recordings for that week will be available on the LMS. Every student also has access to our 24/7 1-on-1 support chat for any doubts.
For the Elite program, live 1-on-1 consult times are set before tutoring commences. These sessions cannot be rescheduled.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unattended classes. Upfront payments cannot be paid back. If there is an issue with service delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a makeup session or refund.
We offer a money-back guarantee if your child scores above 90% in our mock simulation of the final selective entry test but does not receive an offer from any selective entry high school, subject to full program participation requirements.
