1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Impulse Education's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Description

Impulse Education provides online tutoring services specialising in Victorian Selective Entry High School (SEHS) preparation. Our services include:

• Live online small group tutoring sessions (up to 5 hours per week)
• Access to 24/7 AI assistant for homework help
• FREE one-on-one support consultations
• Practice materials and mock examinations
• Progress tracking and performance analytics

3. Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Fees: The program fee is $90 per week for up to 5 hours of tutoring per week, including FREE 1-on-1 consultations and 24/7 AI assistant access.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment is required on a weekly basis unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

3.3 Late Payments: Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access to services until payment is received.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled online tutoring sessions regularly
• Complete assigned homework and practice materials
• Maintain respectful behaviour towards tutors and other students
• Provide accurate contact and enrolment information
• Ensure proper internet connectivity for online sessions

5. Money-Back Guarantee

5.1 Guarantee Terms: We offer a money-back guarantee if you score greater than 90% in our mock simulation of the final selective entry test but do not receive an offer from a selective entry high school.

5.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, students must:

• Attend at least 90% of scheduled tutoring sessions
• Complete all assigned homework and practice materials
• Score greater than 90% in our final mock simulation test
• Provide proof of selective entry test results

5.3 Refund Process: Eligible refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving official test results. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of claim approval.

6. Referral Program

6.1 Discount Structure: Students who successfully refer 2 students who complete enrolment will receive a 10% discount on all remaining weeks of their program. Each additional referral beyond the first 2 will earn a $25 gift card (e.g., 3 referrals = 10% discount + $25 gift card, 4 referrals = 10% discount + $50 in gift cards, 5 referrals = 10% discount + $75 in gift cards, etc.).

6.2 Eligibility: Referrals must complete the enrolment process and attend at least one session for the rewards to apply.

6.3 Gift Card Terms: Gift cards will be issued within 30 days of the referred student completing their first session. Gift cards can be used for various retailers as specified at the time of issuance.

6.4 No Maximum: There is no limit to the number of referrals or the number of gift cards that can be earned.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal

7.1 Student Withdrawal: Students may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

7.2 Session Cancellations: If Impulse Education needs to cancel a session, students will be notified in advance and a makeup session will be scheduled.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to worksheets, practice questions, video recordings, and AI assistant responses, are the intellectual property of Impulse Education. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality education services, Impulse Education cannot guarantee specific test scores or admission to selective entry high schools. Our liability is limited to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.

11. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour during all sessions. Impulse Education reserves the right to remove any student from the program without refund if they:

• Engage in disruptive behaviour
• Show disrespect to tutors or other students
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Misuse the AI assistant or other services

12. Changes to Terms

Impulse Education reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
